Can't iGrep
When I try to search, I am told that I can only perform one search every 5 seconds. But even if I wait ten minutes I cannot search.

Firefox 1.5.0.7 on Kubutnu, cleared cache.

Yeah, it's working now. Weird, though, sometimes I get the regular Devshed webpage with options, and sometimes a green and white iGrep page with no options.

However traditionally this has been used to see if other people also experience an issue before submitting a ticket. Very few threads make it to tickets on the whole.

Also, to submit a ticket, one must open another account. I'm not against that on principal or anything, but I see it as slightly redundant. I'm trying to _reduce_ the amount of accounts I have online, not increase that number. Unless I really need something, I'm not opening any more accounts. Every site on the net now wants us to register.

That's understandable. I'm only trying to speed things up for you. Many times issues like this are not new and the support staff can tell you immediately what the cure is. Although, I do understand your position.
