I agree. How about you do the footwork-- make the edits and everything necessary to have everything in one post, the post it here, and I'm sure one of the admins would be more than happy to sticky it and remove the others.

Most of them just look like "Hey look everyone, this is new!" Useful at the time to get the word out, but lose their point with time.
