Hi lilangel777 and welcome to Dev Shed.
Firstly, you have posted this in the wrong forum. Please don't create another post, a mod/admin will move it to the appropriate forum which looks to be Windows Help. We need more information though before we can help. Is this Windows XP Home, Pro or MCE ? What are you doing when the machine freezes ? What are you doing when it restarts ? Also, what is the message on the blue screen that you are receiving ? If you could jot that down and then post it on here, that would be helpful.

"loud buzzing" in my experience is usually a cable contacting a fan, fixed with a bread twist tie handily. Don't know how that would lead to a blue screen, except if the fan was compromised and not cooling properly and it all overheats. But I wouldn't expect all that to happen in the first 60 seconds of a boot-up.

loud buzzing is one of two things, either a fan is on the wire or its your power supply, so maybe if you explain the buzzing better it may help. can you tell where its coming from? does it sound like something is in there hitting something or is it more like an electrical power buzz (more like a microwave)
if its the fan hitting something then maybe that something has stopped the fan and caused the computer to overheat and give you the BSOD, you should try opening the case and checking the fans and clear anything that may be in their way if the noise is from the power supply well it can mean a few things, it could be a short of some kind or a bad power supply? have you done anything that may have damaged the power supply, has there been a storm recently that may have caused a surge? check for shorts, and see if anything smell like its burning (a very bad sign)

Buzzing sound...
So is it buzzing fast or one constant buzz, does it click clatter, is it intervals? Could you use it for a background noise and then throw some snares and a high hat maybe then you could make a neat beat from it. Have you ever thought maybe your computer is just bored and wants a career in the music business? No? Of course not, you're a bad parent. You should embrace your computers wants and desires. Haha, this is somewhat on target, Chad

Go with a techno beat, it pwns.
Sounds like a BIOS problem. Ive messed up so many computers with that way. I forgot the exact assembly I used, but it made the BIOS make the cpu buzz.
