Dedicated Battle Announcer Shoutbox
Standing over shoutbox, Battle Arena Announcer shouts... a whole bunch of stuff really fast.

The shout box is totally dominated by the BAA. Maybe a dedicated one just for battle arena announcements?

We have removed the BAA from the shoutbox save for player v player
