Devshed keeps breaking for me :(

Recently the foum has started to lock up on me. It starts by pages taking a long time to load.

Then when I try to 'Post a Reply' to a thread, the browser tries to save the file (newreply.php) instead of just opening it. When this starts happening all I can do is close the browser and not retun to Devshed for several hours.

Anyone know what is causing this? It never used to happen.

I'm using Firefox.

Thanks,

I've had behaviour similar to this a couple of times over the last few days (mostly with usercp.php). A refresh usually takes care of it, though. Using Epiphany on Linux.

It's generally caused when the server is experiencing high load, or so I'm told. If you're accessing it at a high load time now, that would figure. Refreshing works, as ish says.

The thing about downloading pages ... mmm... are you using synergy, I've had a similar problem with "sticky alt" keys between machines leading to exactly the same issue.

If it happens again just press the Alt key, couldn't do any harm to hit CTRL, ALT-Gr, the windows and properties keys as well if that's tha case ... drove me mad for a while it did ...
