I'd assume yes, devshed is the largest of the forums so it's the last one they normally make changes to, but I believe it's comming soon.
I didn't know about the nofollow attribute so I looked it up, a good article on it can be found here I think this is a pretty good idea, it's kinda to bad our sigs won't count but because they can (and are) used as spam it's worth it. What about the users home page in there profile? Will that also contain a nofollow? Or will that be allowed? [offtopic] how many times do people link the word here (or other common words) from googleResults 1 - 30 of about 4,570,000,000 for here

I'm a little hesitant to say this is a good thing. I was counting on using my sig later this year (maybe in the new year) to help promote my own lil website.
Its a marginal gain for SE rankings true.. but when your site's a fledgeling..every drop counts. Besides after 3000+ plus posts here on devshed i was kinda 'hoping' to get something from here. its not a big deal for me actually.. but .. oh well.. i think the at least 2 or 3 live link option would be a nice solution. |

^^ Chief agrees. I read somewhere that SEs give less priority to links
found on bulletin boards, for obvious reasons. Besides, when our sigs only show once per page, it's not gonna cause any SEO problems.

Man... people really got upset over that over there. Reminds me of the lounge changes here.

These (and those) forums have a pagerank of 6, its only natural people would be upset. I don't see it's doing any harm letting us have it, especially given our contributions to the forum (i'm not *all* troll)...

Sh*t have you looked at the signatures over there? Remortage your house! get a home loan! find out how I made $$$$$ last month, online casino...etc spam garbage. I hate SEO people with a passion.
Edit: Strange that the ones with those signatures are the ones bitching about the nofollow... --Simon
