Edit thread title when problem is solved
I miss something here...Or maybe its just me missing something out here
Anyways, in other forums like these, its a good custom to add the text [SOLVED] at the end of the title, which eases the search by others to find solutions to their problems.I've been trying to bring this custom here by adding this text when I get a problem solved, which doesn't seem to be possible. Because when I edit my first post, it is possible, but it is only shown once you get inside the thread. I want it to be shown directly in the main title in the forum. Would this be possible? /T |

They're called 'ticket status tags', and someone mentioned them previously.
IIRC, they weren't implemented because certain solutions ended up getting better answers later on, and it's up to the OP to come back and 'solved' it anyway.

You have to go to "Thread Tools" > "Edit Thread" to get it to show in the forum index, and I'm not sure you have permissions to do that. I think you can close your own thread though!

There is an option to rate a thread but it's neither really used nor there is a focus on it by the site owners ... too bad IMHO.
