Few Suggestions...
Why this forum allows guest? Right now there are:
22 members and 725 guests good ratio members vs guests huh? If those guests would register there would be ~750 members instead of just 20!! It would take few minutes to get an answer if there would be that many members around...

Not how it works, there are Threads: 391,414, Posts: 1,609,373, Members: 196,042, but we don't all log in at the same time.
beacuse the content is searchable, the search engines bring guests, those who like it stick around, those who don't, don't. Compulsory registration would make a mockery of the content supplied, and those who put it there, either by asking the question, answering the question, or attempting to ... there are quite a few lurkers around here as well

didn't think about that... But still you should make a pop-up encouraging to register, so they can ask questions or answer other people questions. this would work quicker

Oh there is a pop-up of sorts log out and look at the top little wanabe IE bar it tells you to register and makes an annoying sound
 .
