Forget password and can't reset it
I've been member on this forum since 2008, then been unactive for some periode.
Naturally, after unactive for some periode, i forgot my password when try to login. So i request reset password via email.
You have requested to reset your password on Dev Shed Forums forums because you have forgotten your password. If you did not request this, please ignore it. It will expire and become useless in 24 hours time.
To reset your password, please visit the following page:
The mail has arrived, but nothing happened since i followed the given link. The email with new password never arrived within 24hr after 2 times try.
When you visit that page, your password will be reset, and the new password will be emailed to you.
So, i have the following question :
1. Is there an error in reset password-email mechanism, since the email with new password never arrived (i've checked the spam box too).
2. I've made this user account to report my problem. If possible, I'd like to retrieve my old user account (Since new user has limited capability, and having 2 acount is violating rules)

This is still broken. I was forced to create another account after attempting to reset the password without success.
I submitted a ticket two days ago regarding the problem, but no one has replied.
Edit: This really needs to be fixed. I have tried to reply to two threads already only to see BLOCKED URL error messages.

Support reset my password for me, but the password reset emails are still not being sent.

Same issue here with no reply to support ticket.
Reply to ticket ID: ZNT-114662 would be highly appreciated.

Password reset still doesn't work.
Support ticket has been submitted 12 days ago, but no one has replied.
Is there any other way to contact forum admins/moderators to report this problem?

I am experiencing the same issue. I tried resetting my password but I don't receive the email with the new password. The same goes for the helpdesk. I can't even register to submit a ticket!
