So focus should end up in the editor after the page is completely loaded? Because it's not ending up there for me on IE.

Maybe it's not new on here but it's definitely NOT vbulletin default behavior. vB default behaviour is to give focus to the edit window once the editor is has loaded, but if you have already given it focus it should not lose focus.

I just tried it in IE and ya it does it, it's because the page isn't fully loaded when you click it, it's like the Thread Tools javascript dropdown if you don't wait for the page to load and you click it you'll be redirected

That is annoying but that one is default vB behaviour. Losing focus on the reply editor is not. It's the same on create thread by the way.

I get this as well... It wasn't like this before... very irritating... it takes forever for the page to load sometimes... (I'm on a T1, my connection for page load times is not the problem...)

This happens to me from time to time, seemingly in "batches". It's definitely caused by my not waiting for the page to load. Well, at least I'm not the only one.

Worse thing is I ended up with a double post - which I'd like to delete. The edit icon's "mouseover text" says edit/delete, but I see no way to delete...

You need to have a 100+ post count to delete.
