Not getting new password
I forgot the password for my actual account (Jacques1) and went through the reset process. However, I only get the confirmation mail with the reset link, I don't receive the new password when I click the link (though it does tell me it's been sent).
I've tried several times, waited 24 hours, and the mail is not in my spam filter.

We've faced a really similar issue with esupport not sending our activation mails. So we couldn't even submit a ticket.
Still not solved, but maybe is something general. We should ask an admin.

Same here. It seems we're stuck until an admin takes care of this problem.
