    Yes, I entered with the link you gave me, logged in, and tried to submit a ticket.

    And in their FAQ they also told you to proceed that way whenever you have troubles with email verification.

    There's still some hope! As always let me know the results!

    You're right then. My apologies. I assumed I have logged in correctly because there's no error message upon login an unverified account...

    Then I don't know what we can do. I still haven't received my email verification.

    I hope an admin/moderator with an answer can look into this. It is a ticket that I need to send in to better understand the forum (since I'm still new). Not sure if I'll be able to post it public, so I reframe from doing so.

    Sorry I couldn't help any further. Glad to read you already find a way for solving this.

    Let him know that this seems to be a GENERAL ISSUE; I tried my work account and my google apps account @mydomain.com.ar (using google) and didn't work either.

    Hope the service would became normal soon.

    Hey there, as promised, I will give you an update.

    So what he told me is that normally the inquiries will direct to him anyways (so great find on the email!).

    He did, indeed, reply to my inquiry, but did not exactly pinpoint where the problem lies. However, he had great customer support and was friendly to my replies.

    They are upgrading their helpdesk support system which is why it's not working. So look for some changes!

    Wow, so much trouble only for an upgrade, haha.

    Well nevermind, we just have to wait some time. I think we should close this thread leaving once again, like an effective solution, his email so he can solve this.
