I get error message when giving reputation.
Recently I cannot add to other's reputation. i get this error: "Invalid link specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the webmaster"

Hi,

What browser are you using?

If you are using Mozilla Firefox, you will need to go to "about:config" and make sure the option "network.http.sendRefererHeader" is set to 1 or 2.

Also, Norton Internet Security has been know to block sending referers. Which will mean you cannot give reputation at the moment.

I use AntiVir Guard and now that you mentioned I realized that since I installed it I have had the problem.

I guess there is no way around it, is there? and I think computers in public places are the same.

i have sygate firewall so it blocks what browser you are using... i guess this is why i can't rep people too... i guess ill just disable this option...peace

after disabling stealth browsing in sygate firewall i am able to rep people just so you all know....

it's a little pointless really as it could just be faked. But I assume its just to stop the XSS issue that markisdee lovingly posted for us.....

The admins have added a new feature called a "reply", though... They've even added a button and a "quick" way to do it... give it a try!
