igrep / Wil Wheaton
Did DevShed drop Wil Wheaton as spokesperson for igrep? His name was plastered all over the place when igrep came out, and now there is no mention of him anywhere.

Maybe Wil dumped DevShed? The iGrep thing is virtually useless, producing a truckload of unfocused results that more often than not have little to do with what you are looking for. Why bother with it, just Google?

As to item (B) in your sig, shouldn’t that be "You're, your, yore"?

I suppose it's plausible that Wil dropped DevShed. So, if anyone else knows - did Wil and DevShed part ways?

I don't know too many people that confuse yore and you're and your and so on. My list isn't a homophone list, just a misused pronoun list. :-) If it were for homophones, I woul'd have included too, to, and two - but most people can keep those straight. Most people...

Igrep is reall useful for helping people with stuff I've already
helped with cos it is very likely to find my previous posts on
the subject, so I post links to igrep searches quite a lot...

Other than those two reasons though, it's google all the way.

Igrep is reall useful for helping people with stuff I've already
helped with cos it is very likely to find my previous posts on
the subject, so I post links to igrep searches quite a lot...

Other than those two reasons though, it's google all the way.

igrep has a 5 second restriction per search, not 60 second.

I know, it's the Advanced Forum Search I was talking about,
it has a 60 limit, that's why I was saying I like igrep more.

ohh yea, the vbulletin search is VERY resource intensive, but no such restriction exists on igrep
