weights ? well i think brother, that would be a different concepts, and sounds boring to me.. hey how about Animating the belts with 3 dimentionally rotating stars around the belts (Orbit) , i can create this effect in minutes for you

hmm i think if you make them glow ( animated off course ).. that would be alot better

Hey i have just designed a red belt with a yellow star with red border line. Well its in swf format currently , its for demonstration only.. am so lazy to export it to gif, as its 4:30 am here and am feeling sleepy. here is the file, just have a look at it..
