Everything is in English because it was built that way, it would not work to have EVERYTHING in multiple languages, sure somethings work fine that way, but a forum is going to be quite difficult. The Internet was built in English IIRC, it doesn't mean it can't be in other languages, but for programming etc... you should stick with the language that the majority is in, thus English.

Personally I think forums are too dynamic to have multiple languages. Even if you did try and separate them out, I foresee many people coming and posting wherever in whatever language. Forums are best run on one standard language. There's always online translation services for those trying to read the archives. Granted they may not be the best, they generally work well enough. I havn't had many problems reading german forums by running them through google's translator.

I do agree with those who disagree, but then again o disagree.. it's sorta like a 50 50 thing if you ask me... like.. spanish and english... every were you go.. they ask if your bilingual now.
