layout bug in usercp, subscriptions

When managing my subscribed threads, the columns "Notification" and the checkbox were placed in one cell, rather then 2 (per row). The headers are placed in 2 cells.

That's seems to be a bug. I've checked on another version of vbulletin (3.0.7) and the issue doesn't appear to be there. We're still using 3.0.5 at DS, so I guess it's something that's been fixed somewhere between those updates (as I don't think DS are using any custom templates for the subscribed threads section).
