Length of shouts
Do you really need a TEXT field to store shouts in? 65000+ characters? I'd imagine a VARCHAR(255) would be adequate, or is it this way for searching?

Also, can you add a wordwrap() around the text so a long sequence of characters with no breaks will not destroy the horizontal size of the page?

could the same be done for the rep comments field ? I know the admins are busy but just thoguh i'd fling this in while the list of things to do was being updated

I remember a while back some really large rep comments with no spaces ebtween were totally warping a few thread pages... was this already tackled ? sorry if i'm bringing up something that has already been fixed.

is that really worth spending hours to code? I mean I dont think i -ever- saw that occur, if it did happen maybe it happened once or twice?

We changed the shoutbox post limit to 255 characters. And also add word wrap around the text. This will help to keep fix horizontal width.

We have added word wrap feature for reputation comments to keep fix horizontal width.
