[low priority] When clicks left = 0, bar shows 10.
When you have 0 rep clicks left in 24 hours, the bar shows up full instead of empty. (See attached.)

It doesn't really matter, but it just seems like a bug to be aware of. Not really worth a ticket to esupport, though.
