Make Chief a Mod

Hey, why isn't ChiefWigs1982 a mod yet? Did he decline modship? This guy's been extremely helpful in the web design forums, as well as many others, I'm sure. Most people think of him as a mod anyways, with 6000+ posts, max rep, and nearly 2 year stay. He's been on the boards for over a month since the timers have been set up.

I always thought Chief was a mod until a few weeks ago. I reckon that he would be a good and fair Mod. Unless, of course he doesn't want to be one.

Well we do have like 6 lounge mods so it was decided we were already covered in that department... And the link Edwin posted was an old post he made back in about March 2004 when you asked for modship and he said he didn't have a problem with it.

I don't have a problem with you being a JS/HTML/CSS mod tho
