Minor bug in findlastposter
I've noticed it a few times, both in the usercp.php, and on the forums listing.
There's a spammer (assumed) called mumu, but when the link for mumu is clicked it brings up displeaser's profile, and he ain't no spammer. I've seen it on a few other members who aren't banned, a case of misdirection. Might be something to look inot, or not as the case may be, as I said, really low priority also mumu's post count is listed as 2, but the search returns Sorry - no matches. Please try some different terms. from http://forums.devshed.com/search.ph...nduser&u=190505

Surely the bug isn't with lastposter but with the way it's used.
The front page 'Last Post' data is not correctly updated in the case of post or thread deletions, and so the name in the link text is outdated/wrong (while the actual lastposter target is correct). This has been noted before as a bug in its own right, and personally I'd be inclined to try and fix it properly. I suppose the quick and dirty fix is to fetch the user ID along with the name and use a direct link to their profile instead [Edit: or I think there's some vB 'tool' that finds someone based on the actual username in a GET string]... which would seem more logical anyway, but might not match up with whatever duplication/redundancy/join-avoidance is built into the murky depths of vBulletin's DB schema.

I've reported that bug before and I was told that there's a nightly cron job to fix it
