Anyway, back to the topic - how many folk would actually come to a computer forum to ask advice on fitness ? Suppose it might be of use to current members but then again, how many current members are fitness fanatics !? I do weights and running and stuff, but wouldn't start dishing out advice on such matters incase my advice on how to do a particular excercise results in injury. I would only give advice on how to lift etc., if the person was next to me so they could see my actions, not by trying to explain it in words with no diagram. Its a lot easier to explain to someone how to fix a computer problem with words than it is to explain how to shoulder-press, bench etc., correctly in words !

Just my opinion !
