Personal calendar
Hi, I see there is a calendar function here at Devshed, is it, or can you make it, compatible with calDAV standard and Mozilla calendar projects?
Thanks in advance

AFAIK, the calendar here has been nuked because of spamming activity

I was also expecting that it will be accessible at some time, like.. after 500 posts etc.

I've suggested reusing this real estate for something like the shoutbox recently.
I'm not sure the admins use it. If they all work out of the one office, I'm sure they'd have a better means of communication |

Yeah I would agree that if you have over 500 posts then you should be able to see it. I don't think the shoutbox would be good there. No offense ax, just wouldn't see that working out.

Ok, chad, what exactly would you use this for if you don't know what it does? No offence like ...

Well I was morely saying that we could open the calendar to people with 500+ posts. That way you know who they are and if they start spamming then, then they have much more to lose than just an account with 1 post. That way you don't have to change a link or anything like that.

Why would you want to use the calendar anyway ? I see no point in users being able to see the calendar. I have access to it and I never use it.
Don't see why you would want to put personal data (like your birthday !) in the calendar for all to see anyhoo. |

I could see it being used for events like weddings, parties, maybe Dev get togethers, possibly new releases of games, products, ect.
