Users have to select their default editor from User CP – Options. Change your default editor to Standard Editor in User CP and see whether this work for you.

We are trying to find a way to resolve this problem. We disable the WYSIWYG editor for quick reply. We turn it back on just now since it didn’t fix the problem. We are still working on this issue and if any one can post suggestions and any noticeable bugs that will really helpful solve this problem.

To disable the WYSIWYG editor completely (not just for quick reply):

Admin CP > vBulletin Options > Message Posting Interface Options

Then select "Enable Standard Controls". Or is that what you've already tried? When I do that, it removes the option from the user control panel.

Since lots of people are using WYSIWYG editor we deside not to disable it. People who have issues with this editor still have the option to select which editor they like to use in User CP. If you have any suggestions let us know.

Was the text that I wrote in the message there or was it your original quote ? The messages I was trying to reply to before only had the quote from the sender, none of my test was there.

I can see only quoted message, can you please reply to my PMs again using Standard editor, so I can compare the different.
