Problem sending private message
Why can't I send private messages? I hit submit and the text box empties and I get an error telling me to fill in the Title and Text boxes both before submitting.

Portable Firefox on Win2k Pro... no registry hooks.

I can recieve the message ok, I can reply to a message, but apparently the text does not go through, and it asks me to fill in both title and text boxes if I try to send a new message.

Tried to send a private message from Internet Exploder as well, no go. My messaging still works over in DevHardware. You have a message in your mailbox there.

Try adding a few blank lines at the end of your message. I've had a similar error with editing posts at a different forum, where if I added some blank lines it was ok.

Now I am having problems replying to threads... this is getting really weird.

This is the new message I get, trying to PM or reply to an existing thread:

Evidently I can edit with some patience... I have the same problem in DevHardware, tried both Firefox and IE, rebooted the computer, not working. I am effectively cut off from Dev


<Edit> Time= 1706 I can now post in DevH, but still getting the Internal Server Error here when I try to post or send a PM and it takes several tries and certain magical words to get this edit in</edit>

I had the "500 Internal Server Error" when replying to a thread, also. I submitted a ticket already. Keep an eye on the bottom of the page for "Dev Shed Cluster 6" (or whateve number) and see if you only notice it when you're on a certain cluster.
