Registration Required to Submit eSupport Ticket ???
I suggest you remove the registration requirement imposed on users who want/need to submit a support ticket. IMO, this is a rediculous requirement.

I agree entirly. I recently wanted to support a ticket, but would not sign up just for that.

I fully agree with that as well. Because if someone is having a problem getting registered, then yeah it might be good to have them be able to submit a ticket.
