I'm having another problem with the rep feature where it keeps saying:

Oh and I would submit a support ticket, but it means me registering a new account!? What's the deal with that? It's more hassle than one can be arsed to deal with when all I want to do is give someone some rep! Can't we use our forum accounts to submit support tickets?

If you post a new thread in this very forum, then you'd probably get the help that you need.
