Rep distribution

Do you think we should make it so you can give a different degree of rep? I mean this would really pertain to people with high rep powers like Sep and Simon. If they somewhat disagree with someone should the prerson get -21 on their rep? I think you should be able to give how much rep++ or rep-- as you want as long as it doesn't go over your rep power.

Say I somewhat disagree with someone but I don't think the deserve -3. I would give them say -1 instead.

Who thinks this is a good idea?

1. you'd have to find a working hack so the admins can implement it easily
2. right now when someone disagrees with you, you ONLY get HALF there rep power not the full thing
3. a ok idea but the implementation won't work

That's not how it works. When you get --'d, you only get half
of the users rep power [rounded down]. So if Sep --'s you,
you'll only lose 10 points. [21/2=10.5, rounded down to 10].

Yes, I think their power should be limited, leaving me with the
hightest rep pwer on Dev Shed. <p:evil laugh]Mwahahahaha</p>.
