Yes it is, when the topic is dropped and no further discussion is done. And also no cliff-hanger is in this thread so no more topics to discuss. 10 days isn't that old. But for this thread, it's DEAD.

Don't worry, he'll just post something in the milestone thread and he'll get more free rep. He's done it twice already.
And I 'highly' doubt his comment about writing his own "Forums" is actually legit but more of a ploy for rep.
