Rep window wont close
This has been happening all this week. When I give rep the window doesn't auto-close itself anymore.

What browser/version are you using?
We check reputation window on both IE and FF, it is working fine for us. Make sure you are not using any kind of special firewall settings. When you click reputation submit button it will run a JavaScript to process it and pass information to trigger parent window, make sure non of these functions are block in your browser.

Your internet connection isn't timing out is it?
I get blank screen when the pop-up opens - and an a couple of occasions my browser has tried to download usercp.php? but otherwise, not the errors you have encountered

Sorry I'm using Firefox.
I think it started when I last updated my Firefox (currently 2.0.0.4). I'll do some testing. Er I mean more testing  Hmm - it just worked that time.
