Reputation given in User CP
my user cp only shows the last 10 reputations given
is there a way of seeing earlier ones ? |

Nope, the last 10 are shown so you know who you can't rep until they've either been cycled off the last ten, or 10 days have expired

Where is it written 15? Where did you get that impression from?

just got mixed up with the number of days that need to expire before you can give rep to the same person - 's all Quote:

I had asked about this as well. By which I mean, I agree. It'd be pretty interesting to be able to see all that old rep.

But looking at who repped you two weeks ago would! Look, so what, I'm a profile stalker. I don't care. I'm proud of who I am. Leave me alone! |

sorry to spoil the party, but my thread is about people i've given rep to i thought you couldn't rep someone again until you'd rep'd 15 other people (obviously i was wrong ...), so i was rather surprised that the user cp only showed the last 10 now that i know it's the last 10 people there's no longer an issue |

here's an instance where it would have been useful to be able to see further back in the history of rep i've given : i was looking for a particular thread where i found a useful way of putting columns on a page, and although i didn't add any post to the thread i know i did give some rep to reward a useful piece of info
i thought i had subscribed to the thread but now i can't find it (so probably didn't or subsequently unsubscribed) and i can't see the rep that i know i've given any ideas what i should do now ? |

Or bookmarks, I have a folder just for threads here that I find interesting. I also bookmark threads I should reply to (in case they get removed from the new reply list) and posts that I want to rep people on (when I'm rep'd out). Just make a habit of bookmarking anything mildly interesting; it's better to have lots of bookmarks to sort through than to not be able to find the info at all.
Do you remember about when it happened? Or somebody that posted in the thread? Or some key words? Or at least what forum it was in? Anything to help narrow down the search? |
