Reputation point scrolling
When you open up your little dropdown box for the reputation, it [obviously] goes from 0 to (rep).
This is a bit annoying (I must imagine it's far more annoying to people like simon or lint who have to scroll 5x as far as me). It is especially annoying on low res computers (read: old school computers) where you need to scroll 3x as far, sometimes without a mouse with a wheel in the middle. So, is it possible to list the rep in reverse? Like, (rep) to 0? Or, 0, (rep) to 1? I personally think (rep) to 0 would be great. Even better would be to make it an option, so you can choose (rep) to 0 or 0 to (rep), and 0 to (rep) would be default so people wouldn't have to change anything unless they wanted. Thanks, Gimp

Another option might be a collection of radio buttons, in conjunction with an input box
Code:
0% 25% 50% 75% 100% or points [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ]

Gimp. This has been mentioned a couple of times in this forum already.

Chief. I humbly beg pardon and hope that I may once again be worthy to post here.

I don't really have a problem with it. No worse than having to scroll to find 1968 for my birthdate when the forms drops start in 2005 (yes I am 0 years old and I need to register to your site ...) ;-)

I don't have a problem with it either, but, I do like Ax's idea above if anything was to change with it.

I now have a new idea.
Add a small hack that would make simon's blobs' mouseover message be "Holy st*ff". |
