I notice that the spell check is not available when editing posts,
just on the quick reply and advanced view... Any chance of getting it added into the edit post page too? <edit> I've submitted a ticket to esupport about it...

Is there any way we can get a few words added to the spellchecker? Not critical, but I know there are a lot of standard acronyms in use, especially on the hardware side, that pop up every time-- PSU, IDE, KVM (okay, maybe not used that often).
Maybe allow the mods to add to the book? A better idea, actually, is to tell it to ignore all caps words ![]()

When posting on this thread. It wanted to correct "fsck" and the first option was "****". I personally don't mind the language but I think others might be offended....

On an only slightly related note, am I the only one having problem with the close tags buttons not working?

I'm so glad to see a spell checker added. There are two niggling points, though. It seems to be case sensitive. Not necessarily a good thing. And, I haven't found any way to add a word. I consider this a major shortcoming.
Goofy or not, it's good to have. cheers, gary ⇐ It doesn't like a non-capitalized name.

I can't see allowing users to add words being a good thing, TBH.
Mods maybe, but not users. I realise there are some good people, like yourself out there, but there are also some idiots who would think it would be fun to abuse... ![]() Quote:
