Are you asking for the universal ability for all users to change names, or are you asking that you're name in specific be changed? If so, you'll need to specify what you want it to be. If you want the general option enabled, this is unlikely to happen, because it's somewhat annoying to people running around changing their names at random

I don't actually see the need to change a user name, as B-Con said, it would just cause confusion. And lets face it, some of the folk on here are confused enough already
