Why don't you just create the new account and abandon the old one? It's not like you'll be losing much.

Unless this board allows two accounts using the same e-mail address; then I guess it's not possible =)

Edit: Not to forget, or complain TOO much; but if you want to get spammed, then you may want to use the ticket system =)

Did they send all those emails to you!?

If so - I'm guessing that's another bug, and you should probably submit another ticket for that

What's the big deal about email accounts? Setup a new one and use that. make the new one forward everything to the one you want to use. Maybe I'm just too impatient, I would just take care of this on my own.

@Sepodati - Not at all. The site should have a cleanup script to wipe out unused/disused accounts. And besides, this place has less than 200k registered users, it's not like it's even close to bogging down.

Haha! - I rather not get spammed again =)

Yup, basically they sent it almost instantly; would of been instant if there was no lag where the mail travels. Took 10 minutes and all that was in my inbox.

You could possibly install a VBulletin hack that will let me login as kyro_02 but my display name will show as AUS-eXtreme.
