Broadcaster Eyed by Livedoor May Delist (AP)

AP - A broadcasting company that has been targeted by Japanese Internet upstart Livedoor Co. in a hostile takeover battle may be delisted from Tokyo's stock exchange after the broadcaster's top three investors obtained more than a 90 percent equity stake, media said Friday.
