In Brief: Macrovision's FlexNet Connector enables licensing prioritization (InfoWorld)

InfoWorld - Macrovision this spring plans to introduce FlexNet Connector, which would provide an API enabling third-party software providers and service providers to connect into Macrovision's FlexNet license management system. The API, to be based on C++, would replace current mechanisms such as scripts that do not scale, according to the company. FlexNet Connector could be applied to grid computing, enabling for license prioritization in a grid.*
