collect system performance statistics
Hi guys, can anyone help me to know which tool or utility
or service to use different from "sar" on solaris9 like "collect" and "collgui" on TRU64 to collect system performance statistics. Thx in advance. |

not sure if these are any good, but under linux I use any of:
cat /proc/sys/whatever cat /proc/net/whatever uptime vmstat cat /proc/meminfo is useful top and parse the results as required. Alternatively SNMP? christo
