decompression problems with archives compressed by ZIP 2.3
hey there,
has anyone ever experienced problems with zip archives created by zip 2.3 on *nix systems when extracting from them with the builtin decompression functions of Windows XP Home Edition?
i experienced this problem with zips created from more than one host all running suse, debian, freebsd with zip 2.3.
the problem also seems to be system-independent, say it happens on almost every windows xp home system.
any help is highly appreciated. thanks!
