hai,
I am doing simple editor like editor in MS DOS. I need to access the state of the shift key status. I used curses for getting the shift key status, but i could not get the shift key status. I am using Hp unix, please giude me to get the shift key status. thanks and regards kalimuthu |

Sorry, you can't get the shift key status. Too many devices that unix supports will not make the shift key status available to the system.
Think of running hyperterminal and connecting via a serial port. Nothing goes across the wire as press and release shift. |
