GCC problem - urgent, plz help
hi everyone,
i have recently installed solaris 9 x86 OS, but i am unable to install php in it. The problem is that, it does not have a cc or gcc compiler. i have been trying searching the net, but was unable to get the relevant compiler for solaris x86. If anybody knows about it, then please help. Thanx. Gaurav Behl

Hi,
http://www.sunfreeware.com is a great resource. Go to the INTEL/Solaris9 section. In the list you'll find gcc-3.3.2. This is the direct download link: ftp://ftp.sunfreeware.com/pub/freew...-intel-local.gz (but you should check the site for details on the package). Bye, Stef.
