Install of Open Office fails
Now that I have opened the Open Office install file, the install continues to fail.
I type cd install then use the install command "./install prefix=/opt" and receive the following error; ./install: mktemp not found ./install: Can't create temp file, exiting What to do? |

If so, post the output of: Code:

I do not think that it is installed under my build of SCO. What version of mktemp do I need and how do I use it?

I don't know what version you need (I presume one that's compatible with the rest of your system):
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&...enServer+mktemp You won't need to know how to use it - OpenOffice will deal with this. |

I have installed mktemp program in my openoffice install directory. But now I have found that I do not have use of the make and man commands under SCO 5.0.7.
What to do? |
