installing solaris 9

I'm having a wee problem downloading solaris 9 into my machine which at moment has Windows Me.. so far i have downloaded a file named as follows:

sun-appserver7-eval-sol-sparc[1].tar.gz (a 128Mb file ) which took like 11 hours on my 56 K modem but that any other point.

that file above opens using stuffit expander but i don't know how to what to do with the two files it has created in the same directory as downloaded file, the name of the two files it creates are as follows:

SUN-AP~2

SUN-AP~1

does any one know of a way or the official way to install it??

Any assistance in this matter would be much appreciated.
