Making this command executable in browser

rsync -rtv -e /usr/local/bin/ssh /htdocs/www/docs/ bubba:/export/home/jennash/


Can the above command be executable in a browser environment? If so how?


I've try putting in as a Perl script, but it doesn't execute.

#!/usr/bin/perl
system ('rsync -rtv -e /usr/local/bin/ssh...');
exit;
