New to Solaris
I am new user to Solaris and X11.

1. How to set access rights to login user?
2. How to create new user login?
3. People always mention this /usr/local directory, what is special about this directory.
4. Please recommend me some web site to learn more about SOLARIS and X11.

The site docs.sun.com has a ton of good documentation. Having said that, you don't tell us what version of Solaris you're using nor what window manager. Asking vague questions and then bumping them is not the best bet for getting an answer.
