You don't need a fax machine to get faxes. Get a fax-to-email fax number from CallWave. Try it free.

saving commands to a text file
Is there another way to save a series of commands to a text file as you are typing them other than saving to a .history file? I'm thinking of something along the lines of the directed(?) output '[command] >> [text file]' to add to the end of a file. Is there a way to do that for commands indefinitely (until you give it another command)?
I'm using BSD Unix on a Mac OS X 10.2 system. Thanks. |

The script(1) command will record everything printed on the terminal.
