Scheduling Cron Job

I need to schedule a cronjob to run as mentioned below. Please let me know if it's possible or not.

At 6:45 pm on 2nd Wednesday of every month

.....I think you are going to have to write a script for that one. You have two clear possibilities.

1. Run the script once a day between the 8th and the 14th of the month (the second Wednesday must fall between these two dates) and let the script check if that day is a Wednesday before it performs the task.

2. Run the script every Wednesday and check if the date is between the 8th and the 14th before performing the task.

Since #2. only runs 4-5 times a month, whereas number 1 runs 7 times every month, I would recommend running the script every Wednesday.
