sed problem

how can i change eg:

123.543.543,99

to

123543543.99

using sed

an e.g line:

jetPro4,WE-X54,"Primer,4","123.543.543,99",12/09/88

should become

jetPro4,WE-X54,"Primer,4","123543543.99",12/09/88

[or even better:

jetPro4,WE-X54,"Primer,4",123543543.99,12/09/88


]
