spaces in filenames on website
I have some links to word docson a web site with spaces in the names.
On viewing the files on the file system (dir listing enabled) they look ok my test doc.doc etc When selecting the hyperlink the %20 are being replaced in the url. my%20test%20doc.doc etc However the returned page is reporting a Server Error 500: SERVER ERROR [AS - 00-0002] The web server is bea web logic express v7 on solaris Other unix based system seem to overcome this. Any one have any ideas of where to look to fix this? Is is a Unix issue or web server Is there a configuration Ive missed ta J |

I'd open a support case with BEA. It looks like they have fixed that in 5.1 and 6.x but as with much at BEA it may not have gotten rolled into 7.x.
