Threads question

Tommorow afternoon I am having an exam on Operating Systems ( basically on UNIX ).

One of the possible questions is " Describe the possible thread models and give a diagramm comparing threads with processes (advantages-disadvantages). "
I use the book "Modern Operating Systems" by A.S. Tanenbaum in which I can not locate the answer.

Can anyone help me please ?
